Second, all baby products come with a 24-month quality guarantee. If damage is caused by rough handling during transportation, we will resend the bed components free of charge. Third, you may order a sample to inspect the quality before placing an order. You can directly contact us, pay the sample fee (which will be refunded after order confirmation), and arrange for shipping. Shipping costs can be paid collect (COD), or you may contact a freight forwarder to pick up the samples from our factory.
